The Citizens Uprising board is divided into four mirrored sections — Patriots (Blue), French (Yellow), British (Red), and War Party (Purple). Each player’s journey to liberty is marked by unique starting zones, ships, spies, and cavalry paths leading toward the central Liberty Center.

Key Locations (A–N)
- A. Red Army Location: Starting zone for the British Armies; roll a 5 to release units onto the path toward Liberty Center.
- B. Yellow Spy Location: The Spy begins here. Answer a trivia question correctly to deploy and move backward or forward.
- C. Cavalry Location: Cavalry is unlocked once all four armies reach Liberty Center; moves on the Victory Path.
- D. Ship Vessel Location: Starting point for ships and canoes; move using the blue die each turn.
- E. Island Attack Tiles: Special ocean zones where ships can fire at land units by rolling red dice.
- F. Victory Lane: Exclusive path leading to Liberty Center; only your Cavalry may enter.
- G. Question Tile: Safe space where players draw trivia cards; no captures or attacks occur here.
- H. Red Cannon War Card Space: Landing players draw a Red Cannon War Card; effects vary from historical events.
- I. Red Cannon War Tile: A war zone space; not safe. Landing triggers a Red Cannon War Card.
- J. Red Crown Token: Each player must collect this and two other opponents’ tokens to win.
- K. Liberty Center: The ultimate goal; gather your armies, tokens, and Cavalry here to achieve victory.
- L. Purple War Party Section: Starting area for the Native American player; canoes and war cards originate here.
- M. Blue Patriots Section: The Patriot Army’s base; ships and armies deploy from this quadrant.
- N. Yellow French Section: Starting area for the French player; includes ship, cavalry, and cannon zones.

Once all armies reach Liberty Center, the Cavalry enters play and can secure victory along the lane.

Ships and Canoes
Water vessels move around the outer edge, firing upon land units from island tiles.

Liberty Center
